Oh. Hi. Never mind. Because apparently I’m your grandma now, I was squatting on my new handle (you know, just like I did when I changed it so easily in 2018). But because 2020, usernames are now locked for 14 days after you change them. Even when both accounts have the same fucking email address. So we’re all stuck with @theboozybungalow for two more weeks. Pretty sure the suspense of this is actually killing ME now.

Okay, this is my very last post as @theboozybungalow. And that makes me kinda sad. But it’s time. Tomorrow I’ll be here with a new (honestly, kinda boring) handle. But I’ll still be the same drink-making, decor-loving, Trump-hating, F-bomb-dropping, #TheBoozyBungalow-occupying Emily you’ve managed to find a way to love — or at least like enough to not unfollow yet. And I love you, too. See you later! (And who knows? Maybe by the time you see this, it will be with my new handle. Because algorithm. 🙄)

Hi. Do I have your attention? Good! I’m changing my handle again. But I swear this is the last time. Well, unless @emilyfarris ever logs in and answers the messages I’ve sent over the years offering to buy hers.

Anyway, I wrote a really long explanation for my Patreon supporters but the TL;DR is this: I want my username to encompass all of what I do, including my new podcast, which I’ll post about soon.

But don’t worry, my content here won’t change. I mean, you might get a few more glimpses into my life (food, clothes, makeup) but I’ll definitely still say “Fuck Trump” and post cocktail recipes, and this is still #NOTAMOMBLOG.
